If your CP Plus devices need to integrate with other brands (such as Hikvision NVRs or TP-Link VIGI systems), having the latest firmware is even more critical. Recent CP Plus firmware updates have included specific enhancements for ONVIF compatibility, making cross-brand integration smoother and more reliable.

CP Plus systems offer two online update options: cp plus firmware update

If your device is not connected to the internet or an online check fails, you can update the firmware manually using a USB drive.

The system starts upgrading. Do not disconnect power or remove the USB drive during this process. The update can take 5–15 minutes to complete.
