You start in your master’s manor. Talk to the elderly witch in the library. She will give you a test potion.

Head to the deep end of the Witchy Woods. Locate her stolen bell resting near the region’s exit boundary. Grab the bell, bring it back to Belle, and return later in the story line to unlock her follow-up scene. Giant Chest Key Location: Witchy Woods
